reservations
we recommend that spa appointments be made as far
in advance as possible in order to ensure appointment
availability. a credit card is required to secure spa
treatments.
age requirement
pure bliss is committed to a peaceful and relaxing
atmosphere while you are with us. therefore, we respectfully
request that you do not bring infants and children under
age 13.
arrival
to enjoy the full value of your spa experience,
we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your
first appointment to allow us time to familiarize you
with pure bliss day spa. we respectfully ask you to
turn off cell phones or place on vibrate to not disturb
your spa experience as well as other guests. to begin
your relaxation, we also recommend use of our shower
before your services. arriving late will shorten the
precious minutes of your spa treatment. remember, your
treatment will end on time regardless of how late you
start, so that our next guest reservation is not delayed.
locker room amenities and lounge
for your comfort and convenience, we recommend that
our guest use our locker room and lounge when you have
two or more treatments.
cancellation policy
to avoid being charged 100% of the service total
for a scheduled treatment, please give us 24 hours notice
if you are unable to keep your appointment time or need
to reschedule.
exchange policy
all retail purchased may be exchanged for equal
or greater value. exchanges must be made within 30 days
of purchase and the original receipt must be presented.
no returns on products are accepted.
gift certificates
spa gift certificates may be purchased at the spa
reservation desk, by phone or mail. gift certificates
must be redeemed within 6 months from the purchase date.
no extensions after six months allowed. gift certificates
cannot be returned for cash. if you do not cancel or
reschedule an appointment booked with a gift certificate
within 24 hours, it will be voided.
spa parties
bridal parties/showers, corporate outings and other
special events can be celebrated at the spa. please
contact the spa director for more detailed information.
payment
we gladly accept all major credit cards, cash, and
checks with proper identification.
gratuity
gratuity for treatments is at your discretion and
is not included in the price of services. we recommend15%
to 20%, which may be included with your payment. please
let the spa concierge knows your wishes prior to completing
the transaction.
